Terms of Service — ZivanaKrib

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the ZivanaKrib platform, including our website, mobile applications, and all related services (“the Platform”), operated by KingMind Technologies Ltd (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not access or use ZivanaKrib.

1. Description of Service

ZivanaKrib is a global property management platform that connects tenants, landlords, agents, and property professionals. We provide:

• Property listing, search, and discovery across multiple countries
• Escrow-protected payment processing for rent and deposits
• KYC identity verification for landlords, tenants, and agents
• Digital lease agreement generation and e-signatures
• Property management dashboards with analytics and reporting
• Shortlet booking and management tools

2. User Accounts

When creating and maintaining an account on ZivanaKrib, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your account credentials
• Be at least 18 years of age to create an account
• Not maintain multiple accounts for the same person or entity
• Accept that privileged roles (Admin, Super Admin) cannot be self-assigned
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account

3. Property Listings

Landlords and agents listing properties on ZivanaKrib agree to:

• Provide truthful, accurate information about their properties
• Submit all listings to ZivanaKrib's verification process
• Accept that fraudulent or misleading listings will result in immediate account termination
• Acknowledge that ZivanaKrib reserves the right to remove listings at its discretion
• Comply with all applicable property laws and regulations in their jurisdiction

4. Escrow Payments

All rental payments processed through ZivanaKrib are held in a secure escrow account. The escrow process works as follows:

• Tenant initiates payment through the platform
• Funds are held securely in escrow by our licensed payment partners
• Tenant inspects the property within the agreed inspection period
• Upon confirmation, funds are released to the landlord
• In case of disputes, our mediation team facilitates resolution
• Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days when applicable

5. Identity Verification (KYC)

Users may be required to complete identity verification to access certain features. This includes government-issued ID submission and, in some jurisdictions, biometric checks. Falsifying identity information is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account termination and potential legal action.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in the following activities on the Platform:

• Posting false, misleading, or fraudulent property listings
• Attempting to circumvent the escrow payment system
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users or ZivanaKrib staff
• Using the platform for money laundering, terrorism financing, or other illegal activities
• Scraping, copying, or reproducing platform content without authorization
• Attempting to exploit mass assignment, API vulnerabilities, or security loopholes
• Creating fake accounts or impersonating other users
• Attempting to self-assign Admin or Super Admin roles via API manipulation

7. Intellectual Property

All content on ZivanaKrib — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, UI design, source code, algorithms, and documentation — is the intellectual property of KingMind Technologies Ltd and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

ZivanaKrib acts as a marketplace intermediary. While we provide verification, escrow, and fraud-prevention tools, we are not responsible for:

• The physical condition of properties listed on the platform
• Actions or omissions of individual landlords, tenants, or agents
• Losses arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to ZivanaKrib in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, repeated policy violations, or inactivity exceeding 12 months. You may delete your account at any time from your Settings page. Upon termination, your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. For international users, disputes may be resolved under the applicable laws of your jurisdiction or through binding arbitration under the rules of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC).

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification with at least 30 days' notice before taking effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
